What will it cost you NOT to buy in this 2012 Tallahassee Real Estate market?

Do you remember the 12% interest rate days? In selling homes in Tallahassee I have had buyers, yes even in this market, say well, shouldn’t I wait to see if interest rates go down any more to make sure that I get the best deal possible?? Before I answer that question, let me mention something I learned recently.

As you may or may not know, Pro Players Realty, USA, in Tallahassee, puts on a luncheon every month to bring together local business people inside and outside of the real estate profession as well as any person who may have the slightest interest in buying, selling or investing in real estate. We always have a speaker and a nice hot lunch. At this most recent luncheon our speaker, Clay Shiver, spoke to us about decisions. The message was called “Bad Decisions Limit Future Options”. At one point during his presentation he made a point that I believe to be very salient to our question. What does it cost me NOT to move forward with a business opportunity???

I thought about that, and it hit me, we are approaching our decision making backward!!! We say ok, what does it cost? How much if…….??? So, interest rates are at the lowest they have been in years…..I ask you this question (yes I am posing a question to answer a question)….what will it cost you NOT to buy in this market?
